Born and raised in New Orleans, Ann is an oil painter living in Steamboat Springs, Colorado.  Her art education began at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, and she continued her studies in the ateliers of some of the leading contemporary artists in the United States today.  For twenty years, Ann has been practicing and teaching what she has learned from her master teachers.

Many of Ann's pieces are painted in a loose, impressionistic style.  She often uses very thick paint applied with palette knives to achieve an exciting, light-filled look to her paintings. Her paintings have been juried into national shows with the Oil Painters of America and the American Impressionist Society.

She is represented by the Hildt Galleries in Chicago,  the J. Petter Galleries in Saugatuck, Michigan, and Mary Williams Fine Art in Boulder, Colorado.
